Straight answers about how coaching works, what it costs, and what to expect. If yours isn't here, just ask.
Independent event and equipment rental owners across the U.S. Whether you're running every order yourself or building a team to step back from the day to day, the work is built around where your business is right now.
No. Coaching shouldn't be reserved for high-revenue companies, so it's priced to work for smaller operators too. If you're not ready for ongoing coaching, a short consultation is a good place to start.

I've run rental operations myself, at a large international equipment rental company and a small Southern California event rental business doing high-end weddings and corporate events. I've been where you are, and I've built tools specifically for this industry that a generic business coach doesn't have. More about my background
$500 every four weeks, plus a one-time $500 startup fee. That covers weekly 30-minute one-on-one sessions, a business review and growth plan, templates and tools, and email support between sessions.
No minimum and no cancellation penalty. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current four-week billing period. Payments aren't refunded.
No. Since there's no long-term contract, I have to earn your business every billing cycle.
Because rental owners don't have another hour to spare every week. More importantly, I've found we cover the same ground in 30 minutes that we would in 60. We stay focused on the task at hand and don't waste time. That's the same approach, built on lean principles and time management, that I'll help you bring to your business.
The exception is larger, more complex businesses, or companies where several people need coaching together or separately. In that case, you can add another 30-minute slot at the same price as the first.
We start with a customized 90-day plan, getting you oriented to coaching and getting me to know you and your business. Then we work on the one or two major issues that usually led you to reach out, since those often need urgent attention.
Around the 90-day mark, we shift to long-term strategy and build your first-year execution plan.
Many owners see quick wins in the first 90 days. Change that sticks, like systems your team runs without you, usually takes 12 to 36 months. The goal is to build enough capacity that you won't need weekly coaching. That's when I step out and let the business run on its own.
Yes. Coaching clients can add full-day or multi-day on-site sessions for strategy, team training, team building, and more. I typically recommend an on-site strategy session around the 90-day mark, but it isn't required. On-site days are billed separately from your coaching agreement.
Coaching runs inside a platform called 90, where we share tasks, your strategic plan, KPIs, and meeting notes. You can roll it out to your team if you'd like, but it isn't required.
